Special Announcement: Karma Body Shop has closed most of its operations (except for Beach Yoga; see below) as Teri and her family prepare to embark on the next chapter in their lives in Nevada City, California.

Karma goes to the beach in June and July

Whether you are a practiced yogi or just getting the hang of things, this class is not to be missed. Not only is the setting absolutely one of a kind, with nature supplying the perfect soundtrack, we will also be covering the basic principles of a personal yoga practice. Whether you make it for one class or all eight, you and your yoga will never be the same. Be prepared for sand in your toes, dress in warm layers and bring a blanket for relaxation. Try to eat dinner at least thirty minutes before class; come early and get in a lovely beach stroll or stay late and watch the sunset over the sea.
